It depends on where you're staying. If you choose harbour pickup, your guide meets you at the port — usually right in front of the cruise ship exit. If you're staying in a hotel or Airbnb, just add your pickup address when booking and your guide will pick you up from there.

Madeira's mild climate means tours run year-round. Spring (March–May) is spectacular for flowers. Winter is actually one of the busiest cruise seasons here, and a great time to visit — Madeira's winters are mild, nothing like the cold you'll find elsewhere in Europe. Summer is also fantastic, just hotter. There is genuinely no bad time.
